BAS provides 12-hour a day, 365 days per year building management, maintenance, landscaping and snow removal services for the Visitor Center at each site.

Responsibilities include:

• Janitorial services for the bathrooms, tourist centers and vending machine areas.
• Maintain sidewalk's and picnic areas, keeping them clean and free and clear of debris & snow.
• Mowing, string trimming, pack blowing and landscaping.
• Building maintenance.
• Provide all equipment and supplies.
