Located in Ford City, Pennsylvania, Crooked Creek is home to 2200 acres of land including a 96-site campground. We are responsible to manage the following:

• Staff and schedule janitorial and grounds maintenance.
• Grounds maintenance, mowing, weeding & leaf removal of 189 acres.
• Maintain and clean office space, 6 restrooms, picnic tables & grills.
• Maintain and clean 96 camping area sites.
• Policing 189 acres for litter and safety hazards.
• Groom large beach area 3 times weekly.
• Provide Solid Waste Removal.
• Provide Raw Sewage Removal.
• Provide Herbicide Application.

Located in Saltsburg, Pennsylvania, Loyalhanna Lake & Conemaugh River Lake have a combined 12,676 acres including day use sites and 44 campground sites. We are responsible for overseeing the following:

• Staff and schedule janitorial and grounds maintenance.
• Grounds maintenance, mowing, weeding & leaf removal of 22 acres.
• Maintain and clean 5,833 square feet of offices and restrooms, 51 picnic tables & grills.
• Maintain and clean 44 camping area sites.
• Policing 14 acres for litter and safety hazards.
• Groom large beach area 3 times weekly.
• Provide Solid Waste Removal of up to 486 dumpsters annually.
• Provide Raw Sewage Removal of +/- 80,000 gallons annually.
• Provide Herbicide Application of up to 52,000 square yards annually.

Located in and around Saltsburg, PA these Recreation Areas have a combined 12,676 acres including day use sites and 44 campground sites. We are responsible for overseeing the following:

• Staff and schedule janitorial and grounds maintenance.
• Grounds maintenance, mowing, weeding & leaf removal of 18.5 acres.
• Maintain and clean 4,387 square feet of offices and restrooms, 30 picnic tables & 15 grills.
• Policing 17.5 acres for litter and safety hazards.
• Groom large beach area 3 times weekly.
• Provide Solid Waste Removal of up to 175 dumpsters annually.
• Provide Raw Sewage Removal of +/- 14,000 gallons annually.
• Provide Herbicide Application of up to 50,000 square yards annually.
